I Am My Own Feelings
TM
The quiet force that connects, heals, and awakens us to something larger than ourselves.
The quiet power that softens pain—your own and others’—without judgment.
The radiant state born from alignment, gratitude, and presence—not just fleeting pleasure.
Peace isn’t the absence of chaos—it’s the presence of clarity, calm, and inner alignment.
The quiet refuge where pain softens, and you feel held—by self, others, or something greater.
The open door that makes love, connection, and healing possible.
The quiet decision to move forward even when the heart trembles.
The unwavering ember that keeps us moving toward better days, even when shadows fall.
The lens that turns scarcity into abundance and restores meaning in the smallest things.
Not excusing the hurt—but choosing freedom over the weight of resentment.
Not arrogance—but the quiet belief that you are capable, worthy, and enough.
The bridge that connects hearts, dissolving the illusion of “me versus you.”

We met each other three years ago at work and since the first time that we were able to talk to each other, we knew that we clicked. And I think it was both ways because to me that day was like a blessing and I knew that was the kind of person that I needed to keep in my life. I'm very happy for her because I know that she's going to do great as a life coach. Because as my friend, she had been here for me in good and bad times and always with kindness and showing me in a different way. So, there was a time where I was having a difficult time with one of my family members and she coached me through it. And one of the things that I learned from her is how to love myself. And I think I still struggle a lot with that, but she gave me the tools to remind myself that I am important as well. And that to me is priceless. And I think she will be a great coach for anybody that is going through the things that is kind of difficult just to know the tools that she will be able to teach you. And also be there as a life coach and be there as your friend.

What sets Nilantika apart is her genuine care and commitment to her client. She follows up on her own and check on you. Her constant encouragement kept me motivated even when things felt challenging. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve gained clarity on my goals, improved my self-confidence, and made significant progress in both my personal and professional life. I feel more empowered, focused, and aligned with my purpose. If you’re looking for a life coach who is compassionate, insightful, and truly invested in your success, Nilantika is the one. Carolina Hernández Cruz, Hospitality Industry
I met Nilantika during a turmoil of a life adjustment. We met at a resort in Riviera Maya where she and her husband chose to celebrate their wedding anniversary, and I had the fortune to be their concierge. We connected almost inmediately, on an almost spiritual level: I was wearing a Hamsa necklace which she loved, and I just felt the impulse to drive halfway through Cancún to get a necklace like that one just for her. What Nilantika didn’t know at the moment I met her was that I was still going through a hard grief: just one year earlier I had lost my husband during COVID; I had spent almost a year locked up at home, working as a phone interpreter but not willing to go out beyond my yard. I was reaching to a very unhealthy point on my life, until an opportunity arise to get a job at the very same hotel where my dear husband worked on his final days, and that happened to be when I met Nilantika. My job was ib sales, promoting the hotel’s membership, which involved stress and pressure for reaching sales’ goals, so you could say I went through a very quiet mourning period to a very rushed stressful one, and that’s where I met Nilantika. It was easy and natural to open my heart to her, and she asked me very kindly to spare 10 minutes to sit with her so she could teach me Pranayama breathings, to help me regain focus, peace, improve my health, and also to awake intuition and the gifts I’ve never been aware I had, until Nilantika pointed those to me. Some people just say encouraging words, or kind words, but not many people takes a moment to share a true deep connection with you, looking at you eye to eye, and heart to heart, and that’s what she did with me: sharing a true connecting and healing moment. From that blessed day Nilantika and I have been in touch through texts, and always her wise kind presence helps me through those rough patches on the way. I can say I’ve overcome grief, and one of the healing teachings that helped me to achieve it was Nilantika’s. Thank you always my dear !
